I have found temp taking t be VERY accurate. usually it will drop then go back up a little then whenit drops again, I have puppies within twelve hours or so. Your girl is very needy right now. Sometimes milk doesn't come until puppies come. BUT, she will have colostrum which is what the babies need. Some fill up with milk before whelping. I have had it both ways. The pups nursing, brings the milk on down when they are born. Best wishes for a good whelping.
