When my little Prada was 14 weeks she fell from the bed and broke her little hind leg too, very freak accident, and she got a splint too. for the first few days she was a mess, I gave her Puppy Cal 3 times a day and also the Vet recomended to put her on wet soft food for a while while she got use to the splint. She got better fast ask your vet he knows but the Puppy cal and the soft wet food should to the trick, Prada's poop was a little runny the first 2 days while she got use to the soft food, I used the same brand that she was eating on kibble.
