How long have you had him? It may just take some time. The little guy just isn't used to having it so good!!!! I think he is just unsure what is "right" at this time.......... eventually he will know that it is OK to lick, play, and all that normal spoiled Yorkie stuff!  ........ Just keep building his confidence up and giving him as much attention as you can!
