Yes , We live about an hour away depending on whose driving . My dh use to work in D.C. and it was easy ( for the most part) getting in but coming home he was always stuck in loads of traffic.

We still love to go though and visit the museums and just walk around. My sons last birthday party was there. It was fun. Our kids love it and there is always something new to do.

But there is no way I would even try to get up there for the Inauguration. I will stay home and watch it
