You should be fine your baby is probably just sore from the shot. My little one was like that first wants to cuddle then they want to lay by themselves and looks lethargic and seems distant. And will whine, yelp hollar or scream when picked up....sounds normal to me.
My vet also told us that they should go about 3-4 weeks in between their shots. But it does depend on your vets practice. They will know what is best for your baby.

Oh and if you have baby asprin (Only baby/childrens LOW dose asprin 81mg you can get this at walgreens stores.)
Give that to your baby and it will help thats what my vet had us give ours and it seemed to help. Give only 1/2 of the pill every 8 hours.
