Walker's ears needed a little extra help, too. There are actually diagrams on the web on what part of the ears you should shave and where and how to apply tape. I followed those instructions and Walker's ears were up within 24 hrs. I still had to trim the hair around his ears every once in a while since one ears kept flopping. Teething and hormone changes can be other reasons. Don't worry....
