February's update should have a lot of additions to each of the states proposed bills. I know Virginia already has 11 new dog/cat bills that were proposed this month and we still have 2 weeks left in the month for additional proposals.

The Monthly National Legislation Report

On the left side of the website, is a list of area groups that you can join that talk about proposed bills and changes in current laws and it's pros and cons. I'm a member of the VAPetLaws group ... it's really opened my eyes and helped make me more aware of what's going on.
