we try to avoid the salt ..as i understand some of them may contain an antifreeze type of substance and cause major illness or death if ingested, by licking the paws...a friend had a great dane die of this,as she did not know...wash it off and as yorkies are low on the ground they can also get it on the tummy etc ..better to use the old sand ! |
