Your puppy is reacting to your frustration That's why he is running from you
He has NO idea what you're mad about
He just knows that your mad
When a dog makes a potty mistake the deed is done
Clean it as best you can and go from there
There are going to be set backs ... expect them but be diligent and keep up the training work
He'll get it sooner or later
