Winston will not potty in the house ever. So when I take him out I just say the magic word..."HURRY"...he'll scoot out the door, do his business and be back at the door within 1 minute. Yep, I count the seconds...because I will not let him stay out too long. He knows it's now or later...and he generally chooses now.
But the magic word has to be taught in advance...from now on just when you know he's going to squat to poop say "HURRY" with enthusiasm. After doing that each and every time he's about to poop...he'll learn the magic!!!
