It has been a year since we laid Harley to rest. He was only around 12 when we fostered him Nov 2006. No one wanted an older Yorkie so we adopted him. He was a sweet little old guy whose history we could only guess at. I keep thinking and wondering what actually triggered his kidney failure. Bloody stool and high kidney values that did not come down after two days of IV's. It sounded all too much like "Lepto" but we will never know.
