what another ridiculous idea, I do think some of the clothes may be unsuitable and it does look as though some want their dogs to look like babies but there is also a practical point to yorkies wearing coats. Hensleigh wears coats to protect his wrappings as he is a show dog and therefore in order to get a reasonable length of coat he is wrapped in "crackers" and with a cotton coat on top to stop the wrappers and his natural coat getting torn. In the winter many dogs do need coats especialkly when it is wet, windy and really cold as it has been lately. |
