Actually clothing
can be harmful to dogs, and I am too wary about people who dress their dogs up as fashion accessories. Unfortunately there are some STUPID people out there, dressing their lab up in booties and sweaters because they think it's cute.
Besides they aren't talking about small/short hair dogs that need to stay warm in the winter.
"So there is a case that they need coats in the winter, especially shorter haired dogs and smaller dogs."
I don't see a problem with this, prosecution is a little much but raising awareness of the issue get's a thumbs up from me.
