I agree Bettyanne. I truly believe he should have given me a warning.
Can't fight CityHall, as the saying goes. I never even got a parking ticket!
I think I'm more upset that he gave me the stupid ticked and it broke
my good driving record. Maybe he got his jollies from knowing that.
