I hear it most when people have nothing else left to say . They can't make an argument to prove their point so they say

My sons have used it a couple times, but some of their girl friends use it alot...but it's usually in more of a disbelieving way like ...

so maybe it's an age thing...They are around 13-16 .
It really doesn't bother me because it's not something I hear alot directed towards me....If I had to hear it all the time , I'm sure I would feel differently.
