Here are a few words for those that take their fur children to get groomed. 1st I must say that I am a groomer-you know fyi. So here it is-when you find a shop you are interested in using PLEASE PLEASE ask to see the area behind closed doors before you use their services. Now I must say that you can't make this request on a very busy day as 1 time is of the essence and 2 there will be a little bit of a mess just because it is busy (typical: towels may be on the floor, hair on walls in bathing area-you know small stuff). The true test comes when you KNOW that there was time for someone to clean. You may very well be surprised to know what is behind those closed doors
. As a groomer I will NOT work for someplace I would not be willing to leave my own fur kids. It just creeps me out
and its just nasty.
