Can't help with the nick, but can offer a suggestion-- when I got my first yorkie, the breeder showed me how to trim the ear hair with scissors-- scary, and I never tried that... I found that if you use clippers (the small ones used for trimming--) and hold the blade flat against the ear with your fingers bracing it flat, the hair can be trimmed neatly with no danger to the ear.... just sign me 'chicken'--- G |
