I know since she is so tiny it may be difficult, especially if its cold out, but hey if your using the pads plus teaching her to go outside, im sure she will figure it out! good luck!

This is GREAT advice! Super good behavior modification!! By the way...I live in CO and have decided going out in the cold & snow & wind is not for me (or my dog.) I'm just going to deal with pee pads. Now..If I can get her to stop ripping them up!!!
