It's won't keep water or snow out but it would keep some cold out. Just an idea
I think I'm going to do this for Lola. I have boots for her but she HATES them. Well, this morning it was -22* without the wind chill. She refuses to use a pad so I had to take her out. While squatting to pee one of her pads froze to the ice. I felt soooooo bad! She limped all the way to the door. She seems okay now but tomorrow morning is supposed to be -35/40 degrees! No way I'm taking her out in that. I guess when she scratches to go out, I'll just pick her up and take her to the pad, and hope she gets it.
