They can't make it all night at that age, and the crate needs to be small enough so that they will think of it as a bed, not an apartment. Just big enough to stand and turn around in. Joey woke up twice during the night at that age. If she isn't waking, maybe you should wake her and place her on a pee pad. We had Joey in a regular crate and he peed in it, until I read about their need for a small crate. Once I switched him to a small crate, he was trained the first night!
