You have may have a long road of "accidents" before he's completely trained believe you me! I'd look at the color of his urine (should be a very pale yellow--I guess since he potties outdoors you'll have to go by what you soaked out of the carpet
). It shouldn't even be a dark yellow (except their first pee of the day...it's more concentrated and so can be a darker color than the rest of the day's urine). Also, watch the frequency. But if all that seems ok to you, then I'd chalk this one up to him just needing potty training reinforced! And, he may do fine again until he's 6 or 8 or 10-ish months old, when he'll need to be reminded again. Yorkies are stubborns little dogs....smart, but hard-headed!
