After bath zoomies.... perfect name for it. All my dogs do it. I wish having a bath gave me that kind of an energy boost, it is such a wild thing.
As far as peeing, the OP didn't mention his age and stage of training, but if he's very young it could be just the small bladder, unable to hold much, and excitement causing him to release. It will get better as he matures, but then being a boy he may try "marking" until neutered.
