The bath zoomies are quite normal. They all do it. If I saw him really scratching and biting tho, I'd look into the shampoo maybe not being rinsed out well or maybe being too harsh for his skin. But the zoomie-crazies...that's just dogs.
The excessive peeing
could be an indication of a bladder infection, so watch to be sure it was just a one time thing. If he continues to go a lot, it will coincide that he'll be drinking more too, you may want to get the vet to look him over.
We have three Yorkies, so take Charlie's bath zoomies and multiply that by 3. That's what goes on in our home every week.
