Yea!! That's great news! Keep up the walking, it is the best thing right now that will help to bond them. Don't give up on Maya, she'll figure out how fun walking is. If all else fails, carry her a block or two away from the house then set her down and walk back to the house. They almost always will walk willingly back home. Keep us posted.
