I'm pretty certain that you can only order it online. I don't remember shipping being that much though - but then again I haven't ordered it in a while as we switched shampoo's due to one of my babies needing an Oatmeal shampoo. Maybe the shipping cost has gone up since I last ordered.
Is the MinkSheen on sale now? They put it on sale quite often.
