well, when i caught the daibetes i changed my life! =] haha
no fried foods, no whites, no starches or at the very least a small amount, no soda ONLY water, no junk food or only a small amount, and i was eating 6 meals a day..but thats hard to do sometimes
other than that, i just watch what i eat basically....but the best part.....
