You need to feed 80% meat, 10% bone, and 10% organ meat (with 5% being liver). Bones are fine as long as they're raw and large enough -- it needs to be big enough so that they have to chew on it as opposed to straight swallowing. Cooked bones are what people are concerned about, they are brittle and can break and splinter. You are supposed to feed 2-3% of their body weight. You can supplement with fish oil if you want for a shiny coat but it's definitely not necessary.
