I second Ann's suggestion. I have been fighting allergies with Sugar and when they get away from me he gets stinky! Once he was diagnosed with Staph and now he's being treated for sebhorriac dermatitis. A dog with heathy skin wont be stinky after a bath so I'd just get him looked at.
