Yep! Tucker is like the mail man...he walks in rain, sleet, snow or cold.
We don't stay out for too long when it's bitter (usually about 20 minutes) but that's only cause that's the longest
I can take it! He couldn't care less! Most of the time he won't even wear a jacket cause he HATES clothes and the only sweater he had that he would wear he outgrew.
