Exactly. They'll do fine. I have 4 dogs and a cat at my house. The cat will interact with the dogs, but only on her terms. Our doberman quickly learned not to bug the cat after getting a "warning" scratch on the nose as a pup. Our yorkie gets along great with the cat, she's never scratched her - probably because of her size. The cat still is larger than Lexi.
