Hmm...very good point. IMO, it's never a good idea to breed a dog that came from somewhere that you even remotely consider a puppy mill. Millers have no concern regarding their dogs other than how much money they are going to make--no regard for the health of the dogs, genetic defects or breed standard. Although their dogs may make wonderful pets, that kind of background is not ideal for breeding stock.
