How often is this happening? How old is he/she? What are you feeding?
A gurgly belly, if sort of chronic, can be ibs/ibd/colitis. Or, it could simply be that the food is the wrong food.
If it's ibs or something, you really need to take it seriously as it can get out of hand quickly in terms of having a domino effect.
