It is said to be the most potent of all vaccines and is responsible for the most reactions. Between 2004 and 2007 there were over 10,000 reported reactions. Over 5% of these were death. It has been estimated that only 1% of serious reactions are reported, so the number is likely much higher. The research is posted somewhere on YT.
