What can I say that hasn't already been said by these knowledgable people!
Two things.....
Change food because poo should be firmer
Trim the hairs around the area so it doesn't get stuck.
(I will add one other thing - if there is some dried poo there it will "catch" others so make sure you are cleaning her bottom of any dingles.
