 Chicken Meal in dog food
Just want to gather everyone's opinions.
I did a lot of research in dog food and I know that anything-MEAL is not very good. Though dog food companies define meal, like chicken meal as just "ground up condense meat" but in reality, people have proven, due to lack of regulations, chicken meal often times contain features, bone fragments and just bad parts of the meats (sometimes rancid meat). So in my mind, that's a horrible ingredients to have. YET the second best food brand from my research contains chicken meal, and I actually may have to change food right now because my dog is not eating.
What are your thoughts? Does anyone know anything else about chicken meal? |
