Franklin and Maggie are 1 and 4 years old. They eat 2-3 times a day. Usually somewhere between 1/8-1/4 cup for breakfast and dinner and 1/4 cup for lunch. We give snacks occasionally - mine LOVE apples. They can eat up to a whole apple between the two of them with no problems although I wouldn't suggest more than a couple of pieces starting out. It can cause some tummy upset. Not sure if I've ever given them carrots, but a lot of members give peeled baby carrots. If you give yogurt, give the plain low-fat (no flavoring) once a day. I would suggest with breakfast; it'll add some probiotics!
