I used Animal General for over 1yr. Although the vet and staff are extremely friendly, they were not able to help Chelsea. She suffered chronic ear infections for several months. After many visits and many suggestions and I had to change vets. It turns out she was allergic to grain. They were quick to recommend an ear flush but never suggested changing the food. I felt they were more interested in making money then the welfare of my dog. |
