ok. so tippy pees on potty pads and goes outside as well. well i put out a new pee pad and wanted to let her out. I went outside with her and I told her to pee. And she just stands there looking at me. Then sits down. So I stood out in the cold for like ten minutes waiting for her to go potty. And guess what? She didnt! Ugh. I'm trying to make her pee outside more then inside and it doesnt seem to be working. She doesn't like cold weather and better yet-she hates snow. I'm guessing thats bcuz shes only 2 and a half pounds.
Anyone got tips?
