If you know what vet place it is, you can call them and request the records. That is what i'd do.
It only cost me $35.00 for the visit, but then it is extra for treatment. They had a vaccination package that was only $100.00 for everything, including a stool sample, and deworming. However, when Suzi was ill the costs were higher.
