The vet can decide whether she should be physically able to have puppies but unless he is a judge he may not be able to tell you if she should be bred. Breeding to the standard is very important. Is she going to be able to produce pups that will do the breed proud or will she contribute to all of the very poorly bred examples that you can find on puppyfind. It's important to carry on the wonderful physical and temperment attributes of our beloved breed so that 20 years and more down the road we won't loose the things that we treasure about these wonderful dogs.
