She is one determined little booger. She is very strong willed. The doctor just released her to full activity with no restrictions yesterday. It only has been 8 weeks since surgery. She is doing great. As far as soccer goes she has been running on the tread mill at physical therapy. She said it doesn't hurt. I'm just so worried about her getting kicked when she plays. It's so hard because my son who is 19 plays college soccer and we go to all of his games. She sees him play and she really misses it. She wants to play! She wants to be a gym teacher and a coach. I hope and pray she can still do it, as she was pretty good. She hasn't played in a while. She made the H.S. Varsity team this fall but had to drop off the team because her knee would swell so bad. So far her knee is not swelling anymore but her ankle swells if she is on it too long. The Dr. says it's normal. She doesn't have too much feeling on her whole shin and the top of her foot. We are hoping that comes back.
