I am glad that bella is eating. When Suzi went through the same thing, the vet told me to with hold food for 24 hrs. Becasue the stomach needs to settle. But, with your being so young and tiny, i'd give the nutri-cal, and offer small bits of food every hr. It sounds like Bella is doing better now though , here's hoping she is not vonmiting anymore.
