If you do the surgeries separately, you would be paying for double anesthesia and double blood work.
It i not healthy to just leave them there.
I just left Ellie's. Her mouth was in terrible condition because her teeth weren't taken care of properly. Evidently the baby teeth did end up falling out because as vet told me that she didn't have any at 5 years old but she did have stage 3-4 periodontal disease and needed 9 adult teeth pulled. Maybe things would've been diffferent had the baby teeth been pulled. Food can get stuck in the teeth and then there will be bacteria issues. Having double teeth can be painful (some dogs hide pain) and too much bacteria can lead to organ damage.
