I did it myself, I shaved them down first w/ a new lady's razor DRY in the direction the hair grows. I then got some sports tape and cut 2 1 inch pieces and stuck them to one another Sticky side to dry so you still have a sticky backing.. I cut them down the middle to make 2 1 inch pieces about 1/2 inch thick and then stuck those ones together so it made like a SPLINT if you will.
I stuck one of those inside the ear and then taped around each ear with one piece of the sports tape to hold the splint in place. You can tape them together in the middle to prop them but I didn't do that. I changed the tape everyday for 3 days then left it off for the day and on during the night for 3 days, now they are up.
