I have both. Baron's ID,Licsense, and Rabies tag are on his collar. He was Micro-chipped for free @ 6 months old. Our Humane League paid for it. He weighed 5 pounds. A vet used a syringe, they numbed the site and it was done in less than 2 mins. He jumped a little, but did not cry or anything. I held him the whole time. I love the idea because, he has a habit of chewing on his tags!! Good-Luck,
