Does the doctor know exactly what happened? Was it a seizure? It sounded like it was unclear, and that DH may not have even stepped on her. If he did, know this can and does happen to everyone. No matter how careful we try to be, things can happen. And things even happen that are not caused by us. Just last Monday, my DH was sitting in the den reading the paper. Lexi was in her bed right next to the couch. All of a sudden, a really loud noise came from the dishwasher. It made my husband jump up and run into the kitchen. When he turned around, he saw Lexi lying on the floor. Apparently the noise made her jump, too, and she landed funny. She was limping and couldn't take more than 3 steps. The vet said to let her rest, and she would probably walk it off. When I called home at lunchtime, she was walking, but with a limp. By the time I got home from work, her limp was gone. It was such a freak thing, and it wasn't caused by anyone....

Give Gia a hug from Lexi! (And Mia too.)

Awww that is weird about the dishwasher I will give them both hugs!!!

Gia won't eat her regular food only treats. I had my dh go to the grocery store and get her some amish chicken. I just grilled it and boiled some carrots and gave them fresh strawberries. Gia would only eat the chicken breast. She is a picky eater anyways. She ate about 1/4 of a chicken breast. We keep feeding her every time she walks up and goes to drink water, since she doesn't want the soft or hard dog food. She is laying down again now.
