i definitely want to get jackson a playmate but i'm currently living with my mom, step-dad and little sister and we have our other dog carmen (a cockapoo) living here. my mom doesn't really want 3 dogs living in the house! carmen is almost 5 years old and plays with jackson sometimes... but, well, carmen is a snob and is just not as fun for jackson to play with, lol. they get along for the most part, but carmen can get nasty with toys & bones among other things so you have to watch carefully. once i move out in the next year-year 1/2, i will definitely be getting another. i'd like to rescue my next dog or get him/her from a shelter.
