I checked amazon... 2 of my books are brand new. One of them is brand new for this semester... the other one came out last year and the used price is only about $30 less than the new price, still over $120. The new one for $175 I found a copy for $135. That was the cheapest I found so far.
Yeah the school bookstore does not post the ISBN numbers either, I try to read the details and match edition, publisher, author and title as much as possible. haven't been wrong yet *knocks on wood*
