That sounds great!! The only place we have found "proper" catfish in Grand Junction is [of all places] Texas Roadhouse!! The only problem is, they don't serve coleslaw or hushpuppies!! That's downright Unamerican!!!!!!

Matter of fact, the only decent hushpuppy for at least 1000-1500 miles is at our condo!!
