They're both just puppies, let them grow up some. The female's reproductive organs remain in baby size until her first heat. They mature with the first heat but she is neither physically or emotionally old enough to be a mother at that time. Don't think that just because your boy is young he can't breed. The sperm is immature but the drive is there. I'd suggest alot of homework and a mentor before you venture into breeding.
